Donatas Aksomitas, Director / Shareholder
Specialty: Tools4Revit products development; Project team mentoring.
Donatas Aksomitas, a certified building engineer, first ventured into the CAD world in 1990 when his father Gintaris Aksomitas has been brought the first AutoCAD license to Lithuania. Since 1992, Donatas has been using AutoCAD professionally. He started his career in the IT industry in 1995 as an AutoCAD consultant at the company AGA CAD. In 2002, upon noticing the rise of construction and manufacturing industries, Donatas decided to focus on the BIM development field and CAD process automation for design companies. Then his father and he began to develop extensions for Revit - Tools4Revit. Since 2007, Donatas is the CEO and shareholder of AGA CAD Ltd. Under his management, AGA CAD became the largest computer-aided design company in the Baltic States.
Now Donatas is a highly experienced user of Revit & AutoCAD and Tools4Revit team mentor too. He is particularly good at understanding how building and design teams work together, and developing productivity-boosting applications those enable the Revit users to be as productive as possible. Donatas works with business owners, managers, and design teams and provides a thorough understanding to clients of how Tools4Revit software can enhance productivity of their business.

Gintaris Aksomitas, Technical Director
Specialty: Tools4Revit products design, development & support procedures.
Gintaris is a founder and shareholder of AGA CAD Ltd., Autodesk Authorized Developer, established in 1991. He served as a director at AGA CAD Ltd till 2007 and became a technical director after that. Recognized as a skilled manager of the programmer team, he has taken strategic role in major development of Tools4Revit products.
Gintaris holds a Technical Sciences Doctor’s degree from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and he has worked at this university in 1978-2004. In 2002 he began writing Tools4Revit software. Now Gintaris is a skilled and experienced facilitator in Revit MEP, Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD P&ID, responsible for technological quality of Tools4Revit products.
Gintaris is interesting in newest discoveries of science and fishing.

Renata Jociene, Project Manager
Specialty: Tools4Revit products development; Training & Implementation.
Renata joined the Tools4Revit team in 2007 as an architectural consultant. She has been in the Architectural design profession since 2005 and has experience on a variety of building projects. Now she is an Autodesk Certified Revit Architecture 2012 Professional and a skilled and experienced lecturer in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD Architecture.
Renata’s architectural drafting experience and high education acquirement helps to develop Tools4Revit software. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Computer Graphics from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
Renata could talk more than one hour about plants, comedies and traveling.

Gitana Cerniauskiene, International Sales Manager
Specialty: Tools4Revit international sales management.
Gitana joined the Tools4Revit team in 2009. She has 13 years experience in sales activity both internationally and locally. In Tools4Revit team her key roles are looking forward to increase international sales and profit goals; gathering market and customer information; maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails; gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. Since March 2010 she has been responsible for the word-wide marketing efforts of Tools4Revit.
Gitana holds a Master’s degree in Management and Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology.
Gitana could talk for more than one hour about travel, computer games and movies.

Inga Ibeniene, Marketing Project Manager
Specialty: Tools4Revit marketing & PR projects management.
Inga joined the Tools4Revit team in 2008 as a journalist writing articles about design software. She started more and more to research software markets and since August 2010 she has been responsible for the Tools4Revit market research and PR & communications.
Prior to the joining Tools4Revit team Inga spent 8 years in the building industry as an architect. She holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and has graduated Public Relations studies in 2009 from Vilnius University.
