Autodesk Revit extension Rafter+ provides a powerful set of tools for wooden roof framing & scheduling process.

Automatically generates common rafter systems (incl. jack rafters) on all slopes for the selected roof. Roof framing is based on the final 3D roof model.
Creates hip/valley rafter after selection of two beam systems from the neighbour slopes (or select all). Rafter+ detects whether the element is a hip or a valley rafter.
Automatically generates a collar beam system between two selected rafters in opposite roof slopes. Vertical distance from a ridge or a level to the collar beam system can be predefined and edited later. Collar beams can be created on each side of a rafter pair.
Easily models ridge and girder beams with control of notch in (BIRD’S-MOUTH) parameters of common, jack, hip and valley rafters. Vertical or horizontal distance to the girder beam can be redefined. Existing rafters can be cut either immediately or later with a special update function.
Updates parameters of modeled rafter or beam systems.
Automatically detects and frames openings in roof rafter systems.
Includes several functions to insert sleepers and trimmers, create horizontal beam systems, generate floor beam systems automatically, detect and frame openings in floor slabs, cut wood beams in consideration with opening geometry.
Creates additional sloped or horizontal framing on a top of rafters or floor beam systems using the very useful function „Create Batten Systems“.

Places dormers with ease: just choose the frame position on your roof, select configuration and click to place. The program will create all structural elements so the framing cutout will be accurate.
Extends or trims beams, splits or recreates beam systems– powerful functions for custom framing needs.
Flexible scheduling technology allows you to quickly define how to mark and sort different roof framing elements. The Sort function groups, sorts and numbers framing elements according to predefined solutions. Popular types of schedules examples are included with software installation.

Autodesk Revit extension Truss+ provides a powerful set of tools for wooden roof framing processes using three methods:

- Using 3D Truss System Grid

- Using model lines

- Mixed (using both 3D Truss System Grid and model lines).

Quickly inputs and modifies roof framing parameters using the special 3D Truss System Grid. This tool helps to work and frame roof hips, gables, barn ends, “L” returns and valley sets with ease. Just select the roof and its boundary lines and define which end of the roof to frame.
Truss Database Manager helps to edit or create new types of parametric wood trusses “4t4r” quickly with one click for all categories: common (including “Room in Roof”), gable, hip, valley etc.
The configurator of Truss Design Settings includes Jack Expert and other functions to designate the right type of truss for the right place. Additionally, type-span-panel related parameters for common, truncated, gable, attic, mono pitch, valley, girder, hips and jack trusses can be configured.
Modifies truss types, auto-copes trusses and cutes truss ends. Trusses can be automatically and very quickly generated via the 3D Truss Generator (one truss per 2-3 seconds).
Creates Truss or 3D Truss System Grid when the Model Line is placed in the desired area using the function “Insert truss by selected model line”. Just select a model line, a truss type and modify the truss parameters.
Groups, sorts and numbers framing members and elements according to predefined solutions. Examples of different schedule types are included.
Flexible scheduling technology allows quick definition, marking and sorting of different roof framing members and elements like truss webs and chords.
